Acceptable Use Policy

Strictly prohibited

• Any content involving minors in any sexualized context whatsoever — zero tolerance, reported to authorities.
• Non-consensual intimate content of any kind, including “leaks”, hidden recordings and deepfakes of real persons without their documented consent.
• Content that infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks or personality rights.
• Illegal goods and services of any kind: drugs, weapons, stolen data, credentials, malware, counterfeits.
• Fraud in any form: selling content you do not deliver, fake receipts, impersonation, money laundering, sanctions evasion.
• Content promoting violence, terrorism or hatred against protected groups.

Adult content

Lawful adult content is permitted under these conditions: all depicted persons are verifiably adults who have given documented consent to recording and distribution; you hold all rights; the content is legal both where you operate and where you sell. You must keep age and consent records and provide them on request. You are responsible for complying with the rules of your payment providers — many prohibit adult transactions; violations of their terms are your risk.

Payment integrity

• Do not submit forged or manipulated payment receipts. Every receipt is verified; manipulation attempts are logged and lead to blocking.
• Do not use the Service to disguise the nature of a transaction or to circumvent payment-provider rules.

Enforcement

We may remove content, pause payment verification and content delivery, suspend or terminate accounts, and — where legally required — notify authorities. Because we never hold funds, a suspension never affects money you have already received from your buyers. Report violations to the contact address in the Imprint.
